The Fine Print

    ✧ We accept returns of items in unworn condition with their original packaging within 14 days of the postmarked date for store credit (sale items excluded).

    ✧ Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges & original shipping charges are non refundable. This includes shipping charges absorbed by us for orders that meet our free shipping threshold.

    ✧ Buyers are responsible for the returned product until they arrive at our office. We highly recommend tracked shipping to ensure that your returned item doesn't get lost.

    ✧ All returns will be subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund or exchange based on the returned condition.

    ✧ We are unable to accept returns for any items that are personalised.

    ✧ Buyers are responsible for any shipping expenses.

    ✧ We reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund or exchange if the purchase was not placed through our online store, markets or pop up events or there is no proof of purchase.
